Three trees growing at the dorm. these are of the Alder family and commonly known as the Grey or Common Alder. the broad leaves of this species of tree are aspecially keen at pulling pollutants and carbon out the the air. this species aswell is unmatched in flood control as well as nitrogen fixation in the soil. thriving in both flooded, and arid soils, this is a perfect tree to be spread throughout the communities as well as common country sides. there are many more like this growing ^_^
